Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant cum Human Resources (HR) professional to manage the organization’s day-to-day accounting and HR activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, payroll processing, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, recruitment support, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Maintain daily accounting records, invoices, bills, receipts, and payment entries.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and records.
Handle employee payroll and salary-related calculations.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper documentation.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Maintain accurate records using accounting software and MS Excel.
Human Resources (HR)
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll information.
Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding.
Prepare joining documents, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Coordinate employee attendance, leave, and salary-related queries.
Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality of HR information.
Support employee engagement and general administrative activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
Working knowledge of accounting principles and HR practices.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and HR records.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, payroll, HR, or a combined Accounts & HR role.
